State Business Manager (Northmead)

The opportunity

As a State Business Manager, you will drive strong commercial relationships with key state-based customers, delivering sustainable, profitable growth. This role requires exceptional account management, a solutions-focused mindset, and the ability to influence and align internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer outcomes.

This is a permanent rull-time role based in Northmead with travel across Sydney and broader NSW. 

You will translate customer strategies into clear, executable plans, ensuring effective delivery through the field team while identifying opportunities to grow share, revenue, and long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the State Leadership Team and act as an ambassador for CCEP, its brands, and partners
  • Develop and execute plans to deliver profitable sales growth and meet customer needs
  • Lead negotiations across trading terms, tenders, and contracts to achieve commercial outcomes
  • Build strong customer relationships and develop insight-led Joint Business Plans
  • Conduct customer reviews and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Deliver clear, segmented field execution plans aligned to the Picture of Success
  • Lead range reviews and apply category expertise to drive performance
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify growth opportunities
  • Manage performance against KPIs including volume, revenue, and profit
  • Use data and insights to inform decisions and optimise portfolio performance
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment and execution excellence
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and high-performing team environment

About You

  • Proven experience managing strategic customer accounts
  • Strong track record in selling, negotiation, and commercial delivery
  • Ability to develop plans, prioritise effectively, and make sound business decisions
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Data-literate with experience using sales and CRM systems
  • Resilient, proactive, and commercially driven
