Lead BPT Business Partner, Commercial BU France - Siege - Permanent

The Business Partner is accountable for

    • Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of BPT in the FR BU Commercial Function, even if not the responsible person delivering and will act as the “trusted advisor” for the FR BU Commercial leadership team
    • Everything that CCEP BPT does in and with Commercial, reporting and communicating the status clearly to senior management
  • Accepted and valued partner to the business unit to fulfil the strategic role of CCEP BPT
  • Accountable for challenging existing business practices and driving changes to technology enabled
  • FR BU Commercial advocate within CCEP BPT and vice-versa

Main Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for FR BU Commercial Function within the France CIO team
  • Manager of 1 BPT Manager and as well of 1 to 2 trainees
  • Lead/coordinate various BPT / Business resources to contribute to a high performance team
  • Collaborate with central functions: Applications, Infrastructure, Service Delivery, Architecture & Governance for anything related to Commercial Function
  • Collaborate in a virtual network with other Business Units for best practice and leveraging synergies
  • Accountable for the implementation of active business relationships management
  • Take leadership and be accountable for the value delivery through IT Services in FR BU for Commercial Function
  • Backup the “business project manager“ for non-technical projects  and in case of necessity “shadow” the business project manager in a technical project
  • Ensure the business analysis and agree on business case with the involved parties
  • Ensure the consulting and advising of the BU in terms of IT services, IT capabilities and IT innovations
  • Accountable for the implement of the IT Roadmap in the Commercial area
  • Provide pre-studies and manage the preparation of Service Design Documents; coordination for structural analyze and documentation of business requirements
  • Accountable for providing and offering the IT product portfolio to the business
  • Review compliance on SLAs with the respective business units & align and coordinate the Onsite support, in close collaboration with IT Service Delivery

Qualifications:

  • Master Degree in General Business Administration, Information Management or comparable education
  • Fluent in French AND English language

Experience:

  • At least 7 Years in IT Management / Project Management roles in International environment
  • Experience with Senior Leadership teams
  • Experience in People management
  • Experience in Complex / Matrix organisation
  • Good understanding of  our business processes and knowledge to support the business on streamlining
  • Experience on conception / development of IT systems and/or in planning and management of projects, including Change Management
  • Industry / Services / CPGs experience would be a plus

Technical Skills :

  • IT Background / Experience
  • Good Knowledge about IT-trends, IT-services and products and technologies to support commercial function (e.g. SAP, SalesForce, MS 365, etc..)
