If you're driven, passionate and ambitious, the FCL Coordinator, NGI position based in LAE is the ideal role for you.

The role:

This position is responsible for ensuring the successful movement of orders from Central Warehouse to CCEP depots and vendors, coordinating information regarding pickup and delivery details. This position manages orders and takes every measure possible to ensure that each order is delivered in full and in good condition on the date requested while providing the best delivery service.

A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements: 

  • Grade 12
  • Minimum Diploma in Commerce/Business is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience within a fast-paced Logistics or Supply Chain environment preferred; warehouse DC and retail experience a plus
  • Transportation Management System (TMS) Experience Required.
  • Past experience with load planning, logistics, dispatching or operations
  • Solid understanding of Transportation industry concepts and documentation, as well as industry trends.
  • Ability to contributes to a clean and safe Distribution Center.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner
  • Customer focused attitude with the ability to work in group environment or independently with a minimal amount of direction
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Displays orientation to profitability and demonstrates knowledge of market and competition
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific related software applications
  • Ability to pass background checks and investigations due to state and local regulations; based on position responsibility and sensitivity, periodic check and reinvestigations may be performed

  • Have good temperate to handle disputes and emergencies
  • Must be result oriented.
