Manager, Legal Counsel

Norway HQ, Norway Legal 27/06/2024 95879

About the job

A brand name that is the most famous word in the world after the word 'okay'. And you can work there as a Manager Legal Counsel. With a wide range of legal challenges, some days are more stimulating than others. You will work in a national environment, with an international flavour. You do all this at Coca-Cola at Robsrud, Lørenskog.

You will be bubbling with energy

Providing legal advice and support to our organization so that we operate in a legal and ethical manner. That makes your work very diverse. It ranges from contract law and competition law to employment law and corporate law and everything in between. You can think of anything and you'll do it. And in addition to all these legal issues, you also work on individual projects. Introducing a new drink? You make it legally possible. Working more sustainably? You see what is possible and what is allowed. Digitising? You think about smarter processes. And all this within a fast-paced, changing and commercial environment.

Furthermore, you are busy:

- Providing the organisation with powerful, clear and commercially focused legal advice

- Handling, identifying and managing legal risks and advising on possible solutions

- Independently drafting, assessing and (co-)negotiating many different contracts

- Working as a reliable business partner and sparring partner for the business

- Providing legal advice on contract law (first and foremost), competition law, labour law, sustainability, packaging requirements, corporate law, advertising law, compliance and much more

- Following legislative and regulatory developments and sharing knowledge about them

- Participating in various (inter)national working groups
