Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to process accurately all CMA documents following the end-to-end process (verifying contracts; keying of accruals; allocating vs an accrual and processing payments) in alignment with the SOX compliance checks. Along with that, the Assistant should execute some daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily - To review and analyse the post keying results of the Promax deals you inputted and compare the actual accrual amount generated VS the accrual amount expected
  • Daily - Assist with all other keying inputs outside of Promax deals submissions
  • Controls – Adhere to SOX Audit controls, Policies, Procedures and Processes relevant to your role
  • Customer Service - To provide a high standard of service to both internal and external customers, seek to answer Account Manager contract questions or resolve accrual amount queries promptly and efficiently with professionalism.
  • To upload and review all CMA invoices for payment using Share Point
  • To allocate CMA invoices vs correct accrual and obtain approval from Sales
  • To process CMA payment requests using SAP Vistex
  • To calculate and process payments for Contract Caterer rebate schemes
  • To calculate and action P4P process
  • To calculate and action ORD process
  • To check and ensure received contracts comply with SOX controls


  • Previous experience in a Finance environment in a similar operation is an advantage
  • Knowledge of CCEP processes is an advantage
  • Ability to business partner and build strong relationships across functions
  • Good Excel skills
  • Attention to details

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or similar
