Job Purpose

The New Product Introduction (NPI) organisation is a x-functional unit acting as CCEP`s innovation / product competency & enablement team. 
It is a team without analogue within the contemporary SSC/GBS community, being a direct extension of the various Business Units/markets functional teams like Supply Chain, Commercial, Marketing, Customer Logistics etc. 
Its portfolio is a mix of advanced back-office & front office services with the purpose to unlock & add value to our various stakeholders across the globe. 
One of the main responsibilities of the team is the ownership & management of the End-to-End data processes for various Product Introductions across CCEP territories.

Key Responsibilities 

•    Participate in the optimization of existing NPI data models through data architecture tools which align with business needs and CCEP data strategy 
•    Provide feedback and support the Snr. Manager NPI Data Engineer in driving end-to-end standard NPI processes across the CCEP business
•    Create new data validation methods and data analysis solutions
•    Ensure correctness and comprehensiveness of all relevant NPI E2E workflows, processes, steps, validations, requirements are implemented into relevant CCEP data platforms 
•    Collaborate with other NPI teams with the aim to identify automation opportunities along NPI E2E activities and build respective tools /solutions/ workflow
•    Make productive use of technology tools and systems to improve data efficiency, reliability, and quality
•    Support the CCEP Innovation Pipeline via contribution to all projects impacting NPI processes (ex. CDSP, SAP deployment projects, Profectus) as needed
•    Support and/or Lead change management initiatives, deployment of new services, etc.
•    Resolve and communicate any solution issues with relevant stakeholders (internal and external)
•    Develop and maintain data creation/maintenance processes in the relevant internal and external systems
•    Keep up-to-date NPI documentation according CCEP standards 
•    Resolve and communicate any issues with relevant stakeholders

Key Stakeholders (internal and external)
Internal: 
•    SSC team: Service Lines, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Reporting, Internal Controls
•    BU teams: Planning, Deployment, Finance, BPT, Customer service, Supply Chain, Production and Warehouse teams

External:
•    External audit teams, The Coca Cola Company, Customers

Experience preferred 
Previous work experience in creating, managing and analysing data solutions and data models

Qualifications required 
•    University Degree or equivalent (Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Accounting)
•    Fluent written and verbal skills (conversational and business communications) in English
•    Previous work experience in Finance and/or Accounting with focus on reporting and automation, preferable
•    Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or alternative would be considered a strong advantage 

•    English language skills

Functional technical skills required
•    Excellent knowledge of advanced MS Excel and VBA required
•    ERP experience essential, preferably SAP
•    Mastery of Material Master & Production Execution data areas
•    Strong Data Mindset & Passion for Data
•    Demonstratable understanding of Market-to-Order & Supply Chain Processes and the data solutions & systems enabling them would be considered an advantage
