Assistant, PMO Operations Support administrator - 1 year contract

Job purpose:
- Support the administrative activities that enable the day to day operational aspects of the PMO routines
- Temporary role - 1 year
Job responsibilities:
- Support programme reporting routines
- Compile the fortnightly programme management report
- Correct report formatting and compliance to standard template and layout
- Provide notice of missing reports
- Support programme resource management
- Support with any user creation or onboarding/offboarding as directed
- Support deliverable repository management
- Manage user access in SharePoint
- Review library controls and provide notice of incorrect deliverable storage
- Support RAID Reporting
- Run periodic reports on RAIDs highlighting overdue items or incorrect capture of RAIDs
- Support programme events and Townhalls
- Support meeting logistics arrangements such as room bookings, access passes, dinner reservations, and tracking of attendance
- Support programme calendar management
- Maintain any programme calendars on SharePoint as directed
- Support PMO Tools administration
- Manage user access in relevant PMO tools
Requirements:
- Fluent knowledge of English language
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools like MS Outlook, MS Powerpoint and MS Excel
- Optimal would be some experiences in Project Management
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office tools
- High level of drive, energy, resilience and a desire for professional excellence
