Job Purpose 
The role involves supporting KAM and Field Sales in driving business with our customers by being involved and having a deep understanding the sales processes and customer needs. Contribute in a reliable and efficient way to secure commercial administration and sales support for processes within the Commercial admin framework..

Responsible for executing tasks with high quality in a timely manner according to defined SLAs. Act with ownership and accountability in deep collaboration with In-country BP and local teams. 

Key Responsibilities
Ensure high quality by continuous communication and escalation to solve identified issues.
•    Contribute to high quality ad-hoc business service and support in a customer oriented manner
•    Perform monthly P4P compensation process including proactive collaboration with SSC teams as well as error corrections and follow up 
•    Perform customer master data analysis and preparation for corrections to secure high quality in P4P compensation process
•    Calculate complex manual bonuses for payouts to central customers
•    Collect and update customer listings from in-country commercial organization in assortment database
•    Create monthly volume follow-up on indirect sales
•    Secure timely and correct article master data in the NPD launch process and update supporting documentation for complex customer announcements
•    Collaborate with functions in Shared Service Centre in support processes
•    Support in credit note communication

·    SSC: NPI, Customer Master Data, Pricing, CMA team

Experience required 
•    Experience of providing service both by phone and email and have good experience of customer service and administration along with:
•    Admin processes within sales
•    Customer contact & relations
•    Customer contract follow-ups

•    Thorough understanding of customer and product master data 
•    Understanding of business processes & customer needs
•    Stakeholder management
