Job Purpose 

Responsible for the execution of tasks in the Field Sales Services support, to provide optimal service to our internal and external customers. 

Key Responsibilities 
•    Process incoming purchase order (PO) creation requests from sales representatives and generate POs in Ariba

•    Match incoming invoices to POs in Ariba using the process director, and coordinate with sales representatives to ensure accurate payments 

•    Execute period-end closing tasks for procurement and establish accruals for the period

Internal: Sr. Manager Customer Service

Education & Qualifications required 

•    Minimum 2-4 years of documented successful experience from similar work

Language Capability & expert level
•    Norwegian – proficient
•    English - proficient

Capability required & Expert level
•    Strong communicative competence
•    Good insight into the use of electronic sales tools & Microsoft Office programs 
•    Service and solution oriented
•    Experience with budget processes, good financial understanding and good understanding of numbers
