Prof, Field Sales Services Admin Spain

Job Purpose

Responsible for the execution of tasks in the Field Sales Services team for the Spanish market, calculating Field Sales incentives; and supporting sales roles in the admin required to manage cold drink equipment.

Key Responsibilities 

Compensation and Incentive Management
•    Establish and communicate commercial objectives periodically according to the specifications that appear in each of the collective agreements in Spain.
•    Carry out daily and weekly monitoring of the objectives established by the salesperson and communicate them as well as the monthly closing
•    Monitor sales incentive target achievements (monthly/quarterly)
•    Calculate ad-hoc Incentives (e.g., prizes, peculiar targets)
•    Send calculated payout to payroll and prepare communications of achieved bonuses

Equipment Management Support
•    Support the SAP admin in the generation of cold drink equipment requests, equipment movements and malfunction notifications. 
•    Update sales force roles on the status of their requests

·    Field Sales teams
·    People & Culture Team (labour relations)
·    Business, Process and Technology (BPT)
·    Finance Team (occasional)

Language Capability & expert level

  • English – proficient
  • Spanish - proficient

Education & Qualifications required 
•    Bachelor's degree in Finance, business, Data Science, or a related field.

Capability required & Expert level
•    Experience with analysis of data and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
•    Stakeholder Management & coordination
•    Solid Written & Verbal Communication skills
