Sr Assistant, Corporate cards, STP with German language skills

Job Purpose:

The Shared Services STP Corporate cards Senior Assistant will be responsible for administration and maintenance of Corporate Cards programs with a strong focus on the Germany BU. The position will also be tasked with driving and delivering STP service excellence to the business with an emphasis on customer service and continuous process improvement to further enhance the STP service level and effectiveness.

Key contributions

STP Set up

  • Works with STP team and all BUs to build positive, constructive relationships and works in partnership to drive an effective and smooth deployment of STP processes into the SSC when needed
  • Supports the transition team (where appropriate) to ensure the successful migration of all Corporate cards and wider STP in-scope activities to Shared Services.
  • Actively participates in the project for expansion of the Credit Card program in Germany

Financial Services Delivery

  • Ensure that Coca-Cola Europacific Partners policies are adhered to (e.g. approvals, financial guidelines, Corporate Cars policies etc.)
  • Ensures financial data is correct and in adherence with accounting principles and regulatory rules
  • Ensure timely posting and payment of Corporate Cards statements
  • Prepares reconciliations on Corporate Credit cards transactions/ statements on a monthly basis
  • Prepares accounting entries related to Corporate cards
  • Maintains and update properly Corporate cards data base
  • Responds timely and precisely Corporate Cards queries
  • Ensures that all Corporate Cards transactions are appropriately interfaced to CCEP systems
  • Promotes the use of Corporate Credit cards across CCEP
  • Prepares moderately complex analysis on Credit Cards activities and takes timely actions when deviations noticed
  • Prepares and release Corporate Card related communications
  • Supports the successful implementation of standard processes, evaluating end-to-end performance and inputting to necessary design or execution adjustments
  • Assures that the appropriate internal control environment and SOX compliance (if applicable) are maintained along with compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Create various ad-hoc reports and analysis when required

Relationships

  • Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders in Corporate//EU and BU Finance team to drive understanding and support for STP and Shared Services generally
  • Liaises with external stakeholders to ensure requests are dealt with in a timely way and information given is relevant and in a usable format
  • Organizes and leads training sessions and meetings with the cardholders in order to guide them on the credit card processes and support on their queries

Continuous Improvement

  • Supports the STP Management in driving end-to-end standard STP processes across CCEP
  • Assists in developing best practice processes and highlighting opportunities for process improvement
  • Participate in projects

Technical Competencies

  • Accounting degree or equivalent
  • 1 - 3 years Finance/Accounting/ preferably in a SSC multi-national organization or in a Banking environment
  • Strong understanding of Bank/Credit cards
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Ability to address or escalate complex issues within the Source to Pay area
  • Strong ERP experience essential, preferably SAP
