Sr Assistant, Master Data - early shift (Sofia/Varna)

Job Purpose
The Shared Services Master Data Sr Assistant will be responsible for supporting all master data activities (where relevant) for the given BU and supporting the implementation of processes that ensure data accuracy and completeness. Emphasis on customer service and continuous process improvement to further enhance the Data Management service level and effectiveness will be expected throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports the establishment of and adherence to policies regarding master data additions and changes
- Ensures that all master data change forms received have appropriate approvals in accordance with CCEP chart of authority
- Ensures that relevant systems have accurate master data information
- Escalates where forms are received without the correct information or approvals
- Supplies advice on Master Data to support continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects
- Makes productive use of technology tools and systems, including SAP, to ensure effective service delivery and accurate master data management
- Ensures that CCEP policies are adhered to (e.g., approvals, financial guidelines, etc.)
- Supports the drive to ensure that Data Management processes meet business requirements in an automated and as user-friendly manner
- Assures that the appropriate internal control environment and SOX compliance are maintained along with compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements
- Shift pattern: Early rotation (from 6 AM)
Key Stakeholders
Internal: SSC Service Lines, BU Finance Teams, Operational Excellence Team
External : External audit teams
Requirements
- 2 years’ experience with business processes ideally Order to Cash or Data management in a multinational company
- Experience of creating, managing, and analysing records/data through computerized systems, ideally in multinational organisation and/or Shared Services environment
- University Degree or equivalent (Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Accounting)
- Fluent written and verbal skills (conversational and business communications) in English
- Previous work experience in Finance and/or Accounting with focus on reporting and automation, preferable
- ERP experience essential, preferably SAP
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong focus on providing the highest level of customer service
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong team player
- Time management, planning and organisation
