Job Purpose


The Franchisor Relations department is part of the Commercial Finance Iberian team, and is the key finance business partner and single point of contact for our franchisors (The Coca-Cola Company, Monster, Capri-Sun, Costa…). Its role is critical in order to manage all financial aspects related to franchisor partners, including business economic model management, marketing budget, and innovation and portfolio development. Roles in the team are meant to be adaptive to rapidly changing environment and to engage effectively its stakeholders, leading to successful market initiatives and tangible results.

What to expect

This is a very exciting position and, as Energy & Cross-franchise Manager, part of the “Franchisor Relations” area, you will be the finance business partner for Monster Energy, Capri-Sun and Costa Coffee. You will also be the finance partner for the new Alcohol/ARTD franchisors. The role involves the management of governance, economic models, innovation, and reporting regarding the x-franchisors at local level and you will also contribute with your support to the central decisions. You will be the key finance contact and partner to other CCEP functions (commercial development, commercialization, EUG commercial finance, local BU finance teams, legal…) for topics related to these franchisors and categories, energy, hot drinks and alcohol.

You will be involved and will support finance business planning team and commercial development team in the closing, LRP and ABP processes, engaging your business partners to ensure that plans are in accordance with the strategy and agreements in place.

Every day, you will prove your influencing skills by managing key marketing, innovation and commercialization initiatives, working closely alongside our franchisors (marketing, finance, operations, technical…) and other CCEP functional areas (commercial, supply..) and their central teams. You will provide comprehensive recommendations as a result from the financial analysis to support the strategic decision making process and identification of future opportunities (e.g. financial analysis for new brands, packages, channel and customer down to the Operating Income including Marketing investments).

As finance business partner you will ensure to efficiently identify, prioritize and satisfy our multiple tasks and Business Partners requirements, guaranteeing the accuracy of the reporting and implementing innovative and sustainable ready to use analytical materials to support and monitor the models and strategic projects.

What we expect from you?

To be successful in this role, you have proven financial knowledge along with recognized financial qualification. You have a transversal knowledge of how the company operates, inside and outside finance. You are a strategic thinker, with strong analytical skills, and a passion for things well done. You also have excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to speak and write English and Spanish with fluency.

Reporting

You will report directly into the Associate Director, Franchisor Relations, preferrable Madrid.
