Job Purpose

The Shared Services STP Corporate cards Team leader will be responsible for managing a team to support a large BU performing the administration and maintenance of Corporate Cards programs. The position will also be tasked with driving and delivering STP service excellence to the business with an emphasis on customer service and continuous process improvement to further enhance the STP service level and effectiveness. This position will properly track/analyse Corporate cards processes, implement strategies and actions to meet targets and improve performance help develop and enhance the processes and routines that will help drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively contributes to the development of an appropriately skilled STP Corporate cards team by ensuring full training for all team members
• Responsible for the output and quality of services provided by the STP Corporate cards to key customers (who include Employees, Executives, and their assistants, etc.)
• Manage the STP Corporate cards team performance through metrics and key performance indicators
• Monitors team performance to ensure achievement of customer service requirements as defined by both formal Service Partnership Agreements as well as Customer Satisfaction surveys
• Ensure that CCEP policies are adhered to (e.g. approvals, financial guidelines, Corporate Cards policies etc.)
• Ensures financial statements are correct and in adherence with accounting principles and regulatory rules
• Monitors that Corporate Credit cards transactions/statements are reconciled on a monthly basis
• Ensures Corporate cards data base is properly maintained and updated
• Ensures Corporate Cards queries are responded timely and precisely
• Acts as an escalation point for the team on more complex or sensitive issues

Experience required

• Minimum of 5 years Finance/Accounting/ preferably in a SSC multi-national organization or Banking environment
• Strong understanding of Bank/Credit cards

• Line management / supervisory experience preferred

Education & Qualifications required

• Accounting degree or equivalent

• Strong ERP experience essential, preferably SAP
