Senior Key Account Manager - Wholesaler, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners

We’re now looking for a strategic and commercially driven senior Key Account Manager to join our “Away From Home”business unit, where we work with customers such as Convenience, Fast Serve, HoReCa (hotels, restaurants, and cafés), Travel & Leisure, etc. In this key role you’ll lead the development of our wholesaler channel, drive profitable growth, build long-term partnerships and ensure efficient distribution of our portfolio to end customers.

Your Mission

As Senior Key Account Manager - Wholesaler, you will independently manage a portfolio of central wholesalers – key partners in our route to market and one of our most critical sales channels. You’ll drive joint business planning, lead negotiations, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on revenue, volume and profitability targets. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the long-term strategy for the channel and influencing how we go to market.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Manage complex relationships, considering both external and internal perspectives, as wholesalers act as both customers and intermediaries towards end-customers
  • Build and lead long-term partnerships with key wholesalers
  • Develop and execute joint business plans aligned with our commercial strategy
  • Negotiate customer agreements with full P&L responsibility
  • Collaborate with KAM colleagues to leverage the capabilities of wholesalers as sales partners while meeting CCEP’s distribution needs
  • Drive B2B activation programs via wholesalers to influence demand and distribution to end-customers
  • Lead a cross-functional customer team to secure the development and execution of customer plans, in collaboration with field sales
  • Ensure accurate volume forecasts and collaborate with Customer Logistics to secure excellent delivery service levels
  • Use data and insights to identify opportunities and drive performance
  • Contribute to the development of the long-term strategy for the entire Away From Home channel
  • Lead the Wholesaler team, including direct line management of one Key Account Manager

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Marketing, Economics)
  • Experienced in complex sales, as a KAM/equivalent or buyer, with budget and customer or supplier responsibility
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and negotiation with good understanding of P&L and commercial aptitude
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Preferably experience working within FMCG and in matrix organizations
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
