We make, sell and distribute soft drinks for every occasion in GB – that’s more than four billion cans and bottles every year! We aim to grow further, but to do so sustainably and responsibly, minimising our impact on the environment. All of our plastic bottles are made from polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and are fully recyclable. We’re continually looking at innovative ways to reduce packaging waste. We’re extremely careful about our water stewardship. And we’re also encouraging people to reduce their sugar intake.
Our job functions
From shops and cafes, to restaurants, bars and nightclubs, working on our Field Sales team you’ll have a hands-on opportunity to build customer relationships within a diverse set of businesses. Partnering closely with your customers, you’ll deliver them the tools and support they need to drive sales and overall profit. You’ll be on the ground, delivering solutions to customer challenges – whether that’s bringing a convenience store owner a fridge to display chilled products or helping a bar owner create a cocktail menu featuring one of our new brands. Our supply chain function is the heart of the production, manufacturing and distribution of our products, from the purchase of ingredients and packaging to manufacturing and distribution to our customers. Our machines can produce over 100,000 bottles an hour. We also have teams who look after the quality of our product and ensure its safe for everyone to enjoy! Coca-Cola and many of our other soft drinks start life as a base syrup. Very few people know the secret recipe of a Coke and to protect it, the syrup arrives at our GB factories in two parts, which need to be mixed in the right proportions. Once mixed, we dilute the syrup with water and add sugar or sweetener to it. If it’s sparkling, we add carbon dioxide to give the fizz, and then fill and package bottles or cans on automated production lines ready to be delivered to our customers. We are focused on ensuring we have the manufacturing and distribution capacity to meet our customer requirements, and also driving operations performance through improving efficiency and effectiveness, and sharing and executing best practice. Working in Distribution at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, you’ll join a full-scale, 24/7 operation that consists of Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) warehouses that hold anywhere from 15,000 to 30,000 pallets of stock. At our largest site, Wakefield, we house a block-stacked conventional warehouse that holds an additional 20,000 pallets. Using the latest technology and process management, our warehouse teams are in charge of promptly and safely stacking away goods; recording and locating stock using SAP and Locator stock management systems and assembling orders ready for dispatch to our customers. Pemberton House in Uxbridge is our CCEP HQ and home to a number of GB business functions: Sales & Marketing, Field Sales, Finance, Legal, Public Affairs & Communications and our People and Culture team (HR). We’re handily located near Uxbridge underground station, which serves the Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines, and the local shopping centre.
