Job Purpose 

Responsible for the execution of tasks in the Commercial Administration Support Services Team, supporting key stakeholders such as KAM, distributors and wholesalers and monitoring account performances.

Key Responsibilities

Key Account Management Support
•    Support Key Accounts, by managing regular and ad hoc queries, preparing meetings and events (i.e., supporting the Events Team with trade shows and preparing presentations for KAM activities), perform error correction and maintenance

Pay for Performance (P4P)
•    Monitor account performances and customer compliance to contracts
•    Coordinate with Finance team to support invoicing for the account

Wholesaler Management Support 
•    managing wholesaler master data (e.g., data extractions, linking and cleaning) and, when needed, coordinating with the external provider, or RTM team or local Kam managing wholesaler’s ERP for data integration
•    Ensure data integration and data update

Key Stakeholders  (internal functional areas with examples and external)

Internal: Local Key Account Maangement, Field / Field Sales management

External: UVE , external ERP integration providers

Language Capability & expert level

Education & Qualifications required
