Job Purpose
Responsible for the execution of tasks in the Technology Support Services, ensuring data quality when dealing with distributor and wholesalers data and taking care of administration of field sales systems.
Key Responsibilities
Admin of Field Sales System
• Manage field sales system content, manage field sales system admin (e.g., add / remove questionnaires, create campaigns) and tools admin maintenance and testing
• ERP interface creation for tools
• Apply & Test new implementations of field sales systems (e.g., testing new system versions)
Technology Query Management
• Elaborate and solve received queries and, when needed, escalate to II level of assistance
• Create incidents reports, analyse data and produce insights
• Communicate widespread IT issues to impacted stakeholders
CRM Management
• Support CRM localizations to meet countries’ specificities and language requirements
• Test and implement new functionalities in coordination with BPT including activities
Experience required
- Experience of training new processes or skills
Language Capability & expert level
- English – proficient
- French - proficient
