What you become a part of
By joining the Wholesale team, you will become part of a national sales team focused on securing Coca-Cola Europacific Partners portfolio in Wholesaler customers, unlocking growth via agreed joint business plans. Results achieved by utilising strategic initiatives targeting opportunity within Wholesale and end-marketplace environments, growing CCEP share and increasing CCEP portfolio visibility.
Objective of this position is to deliver an agreed revenue and volume target for a portfolio of wholesale customers, within a defined territory employing a total territory management mindset. The territory includes a mix of existing established National, Regional and Independently owned Wholesale businesses. Commercial element of this role includes agreement and implementation of national trading terms within territory, a key focus aligned to CCEP’s ambition of core range development with Wholesale customers. Role expectation includes focus on prospecting for new Wholesale accounts to add to your territory, delivering incremental territory revenue and volume, combined with implementation of nationally agreed channel and marketing plans. Ownership of local marketing campaigns to include digital activity linked to growing CCEP distribution within territory and end-outlet critical, all underpinned with commercial rational to drive customer value and deliver internal return on investment for CCEP.
Successful candidate would demonstrate an analytical approach closing core range gaps in Wholesale/end-outlet environment, using data to target opportunity, while partnering with Wholesale customers to embrace the “Sell in to sell-out” practice. Role Includes digital & online development of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners brands on Wholesalers websites and e-commence platforms, specifically maximising visibility of CCEP portfolio online driving traffic through to purchase, within Regional & Independent Wholesalers. Collaboration is critical element of this role which includes partnering with CCEP’s Away from Home representatives, who cover the Independent and symbol retail customers selling B to C.
