Our Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) department is recruiting a Business Analyst.
Who is Sales Force Effectiveness?
SFE is the team who is dedicated to support our sales people to drive performance and step-change execution to reach CCEP ambitions outlet-by-outlet.
We are constantly challenging the status quo, looking for the most efficient ways of working and designing how the future will look like. Therefor we aim to build the right organizations, define the right processes and develop the right capabilities.
We consist in 2 different teams: RED (Right Execution Daily) and Business Development.
The RED managers are dedicated to specific channels (Home, Cold, At Work, WHS). They are constantly connected with the management of Field Sales as well as the frontline in order to identify and capture all opportunities to operate their day-to-day job the most efficient way while challenging the performance, support action planning and priority definition.
The Business Development managers are working on the projects that will aim to drive performance and efficiency on the long-term (often digitally enabled). Together with a multi-functional team, they define the needs, coordinate the development of the solution and are accountable for the implementation plan.
Objectives of the SFE Business Analyst
To support these 2 teams the SFE Business Analyst will perform regular and ad-hoc analyses,
