To build the current and future capabilities of the sales teams (fields sales, account managers, etc.) in the Belux Business Unit by designing and implementing best-in class long-term development learning journeys and training.
Internal: Commercial teams and management, HR BP’s, L&D Services
External: Vendors, other companies that deliver best-in-class approaches (i.e. FMCG industry) and training
Drive continuous commercial capability improvement in sales roles within the Belux Business Unit in line with the commercial strategy
Responsible for end to end needs analysis in Belux
Pro-actively advise and support business in identifying learning gaps in the team and deploy targeted development and ensure quality measurement
Lead the L&D design work of various functional initiatives through identifying cross-market learning needs, defining and designing appropriate solutions and partnering with key stakeholders
Deploy European and local curriculum in the Belux and facilitate learning journey in collaboration with L&D Services.
Continuously coach Managers and Senior Managers on Coaching (Coach-the-Coach)
Brings external best practices and thought leadership to enhance learning offering
Responsible for country related Annual Business Plan and training budget
A minimum of 5 years of professional strategic and operational experience required, preferably in commercial roles and/or L&D
Fluent English, Dutch and French
Ideally experience in cross-country projects
Excellent project management and change management skills
Strong communication, influencing and coaching skills
Strong networking skills
