Senior Brand and Channel Manager COSTA Coffee
Based on consumer needs & category insights you define short-term and long-term market strategy as well as portfolio & brand priorities together with the COSTA brand teams in order to optimize and implement annual business and accelerations plans on the Belux market.
You act as a SPOC for and the bridge between the brand owner and the internal CCEP stakeholders (commercial teams and supply chain, a.o.) regarding all category, brand & shopper related topics. You liaise with supporting departments to ensure coffee growth strategy is embedded in wider Belux plans.
You translate the brand into impactful outlet/shopper activations and turn insights into action, with a hunting & “can do” attitude.
You identify gaps and opportunities on the business plans and “course correct” by setting-up acceleration plans where needed or stop brand initiatives/projects.
You co-define the innovation pipeline and design the shopper/consumer plans together with COSTA. You are the gatekeeper & gate owner by co-leading business cases and defining risks, resources, etc.
You build a compelling trade marketing plan & co-create brand plan with COSTA teams. Supporting sales frontline teams with strong stories to trade is part of your responsibility.
You report to the Director, Hot Beverages and are part of the Commercial Development Costa Team. In your team, you have the responsibility over the Trade Marketeer.
You have a solid working experience of minimum 3 years in the coffee industry in Category, Portfolio, Channel, Activation and/or Marketing Management.
You have strong analytical skills and a helicopter view that enable you to be a strategic thinker.
You are result driven combined with a make it happen attitude.
Being in the lead, you have strong influencing skills (cross functional and cross level) to communicate impactfully and to manage ambiguity efficiently.
You are creative, innovative and always seek to optimize the way of working with other departments.
Flexibility, Speed & Agility are in your DNA. You are able to work on multiple projects and to adjust the way of working in function of a changing environment or take up cross team projects in function of the needs.
You are fluent in English with a good knowledge of French and Dutch.
