We are currently looking for a Senior Manager Security Benelux
This is a ‘stand-alone’ position, in which you are primarily responsible to ensure the development, the results and the effectiveness of all security operations within the 3 business units (production and distribution) of Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburg
Your responsibilities
Coordination of Corporate Security Services within the Business Units to protect employees, tangible and intangible assets according to security policies, standards and procedures
Advising different sites on security related matters, including allocation and setup of installations and materials
Active member of the national Incident Management Team (IMT), actively participating in dealing with security and other incidents
Perform on site research, surveys and audits on security issues f.e. shortages, potential fraud and take corrective action
Manage product integrity & brand protection
Organize trainings and information campaigns
In collaboration with the right internal and external authorities, investigate and follow-up of criminal actions
Maintain network with a.o. police, embassies, ministries and other professional organizations active in security, fraud & crime prevention to avoid crimes.
Participate in negotiation of agreements with external security services
Organize personal protection of CCEP Executives travelling
Your profile
Preferably education from Police Academy, or extensive experience with investigations, risk assessments, information security, cyber, and physical security
Experience in law enforcement units, fraud & criminality enforcement, private investigation, operational risk & asset protection
Fluent command of Dutch, French, English
Agile with technology
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Sound Business understanding / exposure to private organizations
Good written and oral skills
Strong judgment ability
