What you become part of: 
Supporting CCEP’s Corporate Risk Management function, the Risk Management Analyst reporting to the Director of Risk Management will be engaged in three key areas:-
(1) Focusing on reducing CCEP’s Total Cost of Risk (TCoR) by defining and progressing a number of key risk management processes, developing an effective Risk Management Information System (RMIS) and Risk Reporting capability across all CCEP Business Units (BU’s)

(2) Improving Risk Management decision making capabilities through:-
• Developing data collection processes and protocols
• Managing usage of data
• Focusing on data quality /governance
• Driving Data Analytics as a Virtual Risk Manager (VRM)

(3) Leveraging digital tools and technology solutions to support Risk Management functional processes through:-
• Developing CCEP’s RMIS
• Managing internal and external data sources
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes
• Developing Risk Reports and Risk Management dashboards

What to expect: 
• To work closely with the Director of Risk Management and functional team members providing focus and leadership to implement robust and effective Risk Management data and reporting systems and processes across CCEP
• To manage the use of the operational risk elements of the RMIS ensuring that all individual external and internal users are aware of their responsibilities when accessing the system, particularly in respect of accuracy and quality when inputting data.
• To maintain and update the presentation of Risk Reports throughout the year such that these reflect the latest financial results, TCoR, underlying risk exposure data etc. on current business operations including any material changes and developments
• To implement and maintain a governance framework for all data used within the Risk Management Function, including but not limited to exposure, risk management and loss data
• To act as gatekeeper for the RMIS ensuring that all individual external and internal users are aware of their responsibilities when accessing the system, to review and test data input by users ahead of it being accepted as “live” within the system such that accurate data is captured
• To enable data gap plus trend analyses can be readily conducted supporting risk mitigating actions taken by the CCEP BU’s
• To support the delivery of CCEP Group and Local risk programme renewals through the effective and efficient collection/collation of data across the BU’s
• To manage the process for any significant RMIS changes, ensuring a full audit trail of all documents, questions, answers and sign offs is maintained – in doing so, this will include liaising with key individuals across external and internal stakeholders
• To assist in the continuous development and production of Risk Management Information Reports and Tools so as to improve the effectiveness, reporting accuracy and timeliness to various external and internal stakeholders, forums and committees
• To assist with the development and roll out of Risk Management training/communication materials across all CCEP BU’s
• To manage and develop relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of best in class RMIS and Risk Management reporting capabilities
• To develop, document and publish ‘best practice’ narratives and processes to support the usage of the RMIS together with reporting requirements CCEP BU’s
• To leverage Data Analytics supporting the Risk Management team in developing and implementing appropriate risk management strategies and risk mitigation plans
• To assist in conducting contract reviews of 3rd party RMIS vendors, establishing effective Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) together with KPI’s in alignment with CCEP standards
• To manage and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of best in class RMIS and Risk Management reporting capabilities
• To support Risk Management projects as required in alignment with Risk Management functional objectives plus deliver Risk Management training to external and internal stakeholders etc.
• To support the design and delivery of the Risk Management Group and BU specific Stewardship Reports

Skills & Essentials: 
Experience
•  Commercial background with 1 year+ experience in Finance, Data Science and/or related functions required ideally with within a multinational organisation environment

Technical Skills
• Excellent IT skills - proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint
• Previous knowledge and/or insights on RMIS helpful but not essential
• Proven communication, influencing and interpersonal skills supporting presentations and reports
• Ability to operate effectively as a team player whilst being able to prioritise workload and work on own initiative to prioritise workload
• Analytical mind-set capable of investigating detailed processes and challenging the quality of risk information received from multiple data sources
• Ability to develop reports and tools that drive efficient and effective management decision making

Behavioural Competencies
• Ongoing curiosity and ambition to understand and make the use of data and analytics within Risk Management a success factor to a better service delivery
• Good multi-tasking and organisational skills to succeed in solo technical expert role
• Confidence to develop relationships internally and externally to ensure the right data is available when required

Qualifications
• Degree – Business/Finance, IT or Engineering degree
• Professional qualifications – TBC (ACII or Commitment To Study And Attain ACII Accreditation)
