What to expect:

  • As Manager HR Systems Support (m/f/d) you are responsible for stable, efficient and effective application support operations for HR systems, mostly SAP HR and ASES, and primarily though not limited to Germany.
  • You manage the 2nd level incident management and support of problem management process in cooperation with service providers, HR business teams and other BPT teams.
  • You manage user enhancement requests, working with Solution Delivery and the HR business to ensure they are validated for both technical and business value, prioritised and delivered
  • You support system upgrades including the bi-annual implementation of SAP HR Country Legal Changes (CLC) and ASES releases as a member of the project teams with the support partners and other internal teams and operate the procedures to continuously control, monitor and analyse the service performance to meet defined service requirements and SLAs.
  • You work closely with colleagues in the HR Support team and other teams who support linked systems such as SuccessFactors on joint support issues.  In addition you work closely with Solution Delivery on the Handover To Support of HR projects to ensure a stable transition to support partners, taking part in knowledge transfer sessions and ensuring documentation is of a high standard so the support partners and Service Desk are fully equipped to deal with user issues and requests.
  • You are a primary point of support contact for HR applications for the HR business area in Germany

Skills & Essentials:

  • Degree in business administration, information management or a comparable degree as well as minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Service management in a related and comparable position
  • Strong experience of HR Business Process Area and experience in cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration
  • Knowledge and experience in the following areas of expertise:
    • Operational management of CCEP applications
    • ITIL processes, esp. Incident, change and configuration management processes
    • IT Service Vendor Management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written and oral) of all management levels
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experience in the management of projects, especially in international environments

Advanced training in IT Service Management e.g. ITIL, COBIT, ISO standards and other related qualifications desirable
