COE Demand Analytic services Lead


What you become part of:

Excellent forecast accuracy is a key enabler to achieve the targeted service levels optimising the cost to serve and inventories at the same time​.

The purpose of this role is to provide advanced Demand planning capabilities to the Business Units to create statistical forecast, demand segmentation, cleanse sales history, demand sensing, etc.

An accurate statistical forecast is the key driver to achieve the service level and cost to serve targets in CCEP.

What to expect:

Owner of the CCEP statistical forecast and demand segmentation process

Responsible for executing the demand planning advanced capabilities activities as a service to the BU teams.

Lead the required data integration / governance with other CCEP data sources as well as external sources

Lead the advanced capabilities services to the local teams

  • Statistical forecast generation for all the BUs
  • Segmentation analysis as an input for the enrichment process
  • Demand sensing functionality

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear direction and prioritization of workload across the team
  • Coach, mentor and develop a team of 2 analysts

Skills & Essentials:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain, Economics or Finance
  • The role requires a deep understanding in demand planning function (CPG companies preferably) as well as high expertise in data integration and analytics techniques (data models, machine learning etc..).
  • The role also requires experience in a matrix/large organisations and positions where influencing skills are needed.
  • Strong understanding of Planning Software tools (Demand and Supply Planning modules) and impact of parameter settings, objective functions, databases
  • Demand Modelling – Use the planning solution and its functionalities to maintain master data in the most efficient way with best results
  • Strong understanding of planning databases and reporting functionalities
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal & written, and proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to think critically in complex situations, deal with ambiguity and think laterally to problem solve.
  • An ability to multi-task independently with minimal supervision in a virtual global team
