COE Demand Planning adherence analyst

What you become part of:

Excellent forecast accuracy is a key enabler to achieve the targeted service levels optimising the cost to serve and inventories at the same time

The purpose is to ensure the Demand planning process adherence and the correct usage of the technology.

The role is responsible and accountable of ensuring that demand planning teams stick to the harmonised process and all the planners are properly trained.

An accurate statistical forecast is the key driver to achieve the service level and cost to serve targets in CCEP

What to expect:

Responsible of the CDSP demand model adherence and technology adoption (influence over +60 planners across CCEP)

  • Report adherence gaps to BU and COE leadership
  • Support developing and implement gap closing plans

Responsible of the Supply planning training programme

  • Plan & methodology
  • Content and materials
  • Training delivery

Leadership responsibilities

  • Influence more than 60 planners ways of working
  • Provide clear direction and prioritization of workload across the team
  • Collaborate with teams across CCEP, but particularly BU’s and the CDSP CoE, to achieve its ambition of becoming a high performing organisation

Skills & Essentials:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain, Economics or Finance
  • Fluency in English (other European languages would be advantageous)
  • The role requires an excellent understanding in demand planning function (CPG companies preferably) as well as knowledge of CCEP market and CDSP model.
  • The role also requires experience in a matricial/large organisations and positions where influencing skills are needed
  • Strong understanding of demand planning advanced functionalities both from process and technology perspective.
  • People – Strong communicator, ability to constructively challenge local planners and reach consensus
  • Change management skills
  • Proficiency using PC-based applications (such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and/or Access)
  • Integrated Supply Chain Understanding – Ability to flag if data updates create unintended effects in the planning model (DP, SP or S&OP)
  • The ability to think critically in complex situations, deal with ambiguity and think laterally to problem solve.
  • An ability to multi-task independently with minimal supervision in a virtual global team.
