COE Supply Analytic services Lead

What you become part of:

Excellent supply planning drives efficiencies through lower inventories linked to service level targets, optimised flows, reduced losses and optimised short/mid-term plans to manage capacity for manufacturing, warehousing and transport

The purpose is to provide advanced supply planning capabilities to the Business Units such as: inventory optimisation, control tower, segmentation, sourcing matrix, flows optimisation.

The role is responsible and accountable of ensuring that supply planning optimisation capabilities are executed

Supply planning optimisation is a key driver to achieve the service level and cost to serve targets in CCEP

What to expect:

Lead the advanced capabilities services to the local teams

  • Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimisation for all the BUs
  • Supply Segmentation strategy as an input for the enrichment process
  • Sourcing matrix optimisation functionality
  • Advanced scheduling capability set up and maintenance

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear direction and prioritization of workload across the team
  • Coach, mentor and develop 2 COE analysts
  • Collaborate with teams across CCEP, but particularly BU’s and the CDSP CoE, to achieve its ambition of becoming a high performing organisation

Skills & Essentials:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain, Economics or Finance
  • Fluency in English (other European languages would be advantageous)
  • The role requires a deep understanding in supply planning function (CPG companies preferably) as well as high expertise in data integration and supply planning optimisation functionalities (control tower, segmentation and inventory optimisation..).
  • The role also requires deep knowledge and experience implementing and maintaining SAP IBP supply planning modules (supply & response, Inventory optimisation and control tower)
  • SAP IBP advanced certification
  • Strong understanding of supply planning advanced functionalities (Optimisers, control tower, inventory optimisation and scheduling), both from process and technology perspective.
  • Strong technical & analytical skill (R, SAS, SQL, optimization, simulation, predictive modeling etc)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal & written, and proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to think critically in complex situations, deal with ambiguity and think laterally to problem solve.
  • An ability to multi-task independently with minimal supervision in a virtual global team
