Job Purpose


This role is the key finance business partner for the Areas (Centro, Norte, Sur, and Este) Sales Directors and their respective leadership teams across Iberia. The individuals willprovide both day to day and strategic decision support whilst leading the development ofinsights to enhance business performance. This role will provide strategic financial leadershipin support of the high-top line growth agenda in the business unit.

What you will do:


• Business partnering with the BU Fragmented (Area) Sales Directors, delivering strategicguidance and executive level decision making support. Understanding, translating, andproviding insight into business performance against competitor & industry trends.
• Lead implementation of a suitable forecast hierarchy for the specific Area that increasesSales awareness and accountability for revenue and gross margin delivery and is segmented.
• Ensure that commercial strategies translate into delivery of the required financial KBIs.Furthermore, lead the implementation of an effective Area level forecasting cycle whichcompliments the total business outlook.
• Provide financial and thought leadership for major investment decisions, developing andowning the financial business cases and ensuring rigorous return on investment analysis iscompleted across multiple scenarios.
• Implement process and tools to ensure consistent post evaluation for key business decisionsis completed with key learnings understood and translated into future actionable plans.
• Lead implementation of customer facing analytical tools to enable effective management ofcustomer negotiations to increase profitability for CCEP.
• Identify and implement working capital enhancing opportunities.
• Identify end-to-end pragmatic and creative solutions & improvement opportunities forcommercial and operational issues for the specific Area through analytics-based insight, KBIanalysis and performance deviations, to mitigate risk/ exposure identified.
• Lead the development and provision of profit enhancing on and off invoice investmentanalysis for the specific Area. Utilize fact-based analysis and the implementation of customerfacing analytical tools to identify trends and opportunities to increase return on investmentand drive value for the business.
• Lead the enhancement of routine Route to Market profitability analysis across multipleperspectives.
• Ensuring financial transactions, policies, systems, and procedures meet the organization’sand BUs short and long-term business objectives and comply with regulations, accountingprinciples, and standards.

What we expect from you:


Academic Education:


• Degree level education related to Finance, Business Administration and Management, Economics or similar.
• Fluent in English and Spanish

Experience:


• Experience in Multinational environments, preferrable related to Commercial Finance (or other Financial areas), highly desired experience in FMCG.
• Advanced Excel.

• Highly desired experiencie in PowerBi
• Highly desired SAP & BW tools knowledge
