Demand Planning Services Analyst

What you become part of:

Excellent forecast accuracy is a key enabler to achieve the targeted service levels optimising the cost to serve and inventories at the same time

The purpose of this role is to provide advanced Demand planning analytics to the BUs  to create statistical forecast, demand segmentation, cleanse sales history, demand sensing, etc.

The role is responsible and accountable to build and update the best 18 months base/statistical forecast

An accurate statistical forecast is the key driver to achieve the service level and cost to serve targets in CCEP

What to expect:

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Responsible and accountable of providing advanced capabilities services to the local demand planning teams
    • Statistical forecast generation for specific BU/s
    • Run Demand Segmentation process as an input for the DP enrichment process
    • Demand sensing configuration, measurement and improvement
  • Accountable for Base (statistical) Forecast Accuracy across CCEP
  • Manage statistical forecast exceptions by utilizing demand-planning exception reports to identify and fix potential issues.
  • Run Demand Segmentation & Cleanse Sales history for a specific BU/s

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Lead the BU base/statistical monthly process with the Local BU teams (gathering portfolio changes (in & out), cleansed history, statistical forecast generation and validation routines with the local planners)
  • Lead demand master data & Demand Sensing set up for a specific BU/s

Skills & Essentials:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain, Economics or Finance
  • Fluency in English (other European languages would be advantageous)
  • More than 5 years relevant work experience in advanced analytics
  • More than 5 years experience in data maintenance or reporting
  • Experience in Demand Planning function


  • International exposure
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation
