Are you looking for a new opportunity where facts & figures and collaboration with different stakeholders are key?
Then the role of Manager Demand Planning Analysis within the Planning and Commercialization team could be your next challenge?

As Manager Demand Planning Analysis you will be responsible for delivering, together with your demand planning colleagues, on a weekly basis the best sales forecast (i.e. expected customer deliveries) on short term (0-3 months) and mid term (3-6 months) on time within the specifications at lowest operational cost whilst meeting agreed internal and external customer service levels.

The demand plan will be used for production planning by Supply Chain and for financial forecasting by Commercial Finance and needs to include business change initiatives e.g. baseline forecast, promotions, product innovation or pack changes across The Netherlands CCEP portfolio.

Your main responsibility is to maintain, further develop and optimize a set of complex analysis tools, consolidating and transforming internal and external sales data from multiple sources using Excel, Access, Power BI, which will provide insights on trends, deviations versus plan and performance on SKU level by period, key accounts and channel.

You will drive continuous improvements initiatives with purpose to improve the forecast accuracy, forecast bias and customer service levels.

You are responsible to manage the statistical forecast process where Cap Gemini consultants establish a process of generating reliable reproducible statistical baseline forecast which is refreshed every month and is made available in CCEP planning system for further planning operations.

Together with Cap Gemini you seek for delivering continuous improvement projects to increase forecast accuracy. You will play a supporting role on roll out of the new CDSP project planned in 2023.

You will also play a leading role in the monthly Outlook process for financial forecasting by Commercial Finance, the monthly 18 months long term sales forecast (MTM) to the central supply planning team and develop the yearly ABP volume budget models for the upcoming years.

This means fully taking ownership of complete volume budget process (from June to December).

This implies delivering a full volume budget by the end of the year on sku level, customer level and period level.

Close collaboration and alignment with various senior stakeholders will be a must.

These are The Coca-Cola Company (sampling volumes), CCEP Commercial Development, CCEP Account Management, CCEP Strategy & Insights and CCEP Finance and Supply Chain functions to deliver the demand plan within the specified time, cost and quality parameters.

Furthermore, you support the monthly S&OP cycle, support preparing the weekly S&OP meeting (NL leadership team) and the monthly demand reviews with channel directors.

You will lead the weekly S&OP meeting in absence of the Senior manager Demand Planning.

You will be part of a strong performing team and you will be reporting directly to the Senior Manager Demand Planning.

So are you ready to

  • Support your demand planning colleagues with pro-active analysis on seasonality, trends and deviations on different levels (SKU, brand/pack/channel/key account) to be reflected in future forecast, using various analysis tools;
  • Review baseline forecast by SKU and by Key Account on short and long term horizon, data to be used as input to Promax;

  • Make up, formalize, discuss & submit yearly ABP volume budget to Finance & Supply Chain;
  • Prepare & discuss weekly S&OP presentations.
