Supply Planning Services Analyst

What you become part of:

Excellent supply planning drives efficiencies through lower inventories linked to service level targets, optimised flows, reduced losses and optimised short/mid-term plans to manage capacity for manufacturing, warehousing and transport

The purpose is to provide advanced supply planning capabilities to the Business Units such as: inventory optimisation, control tower, segmentation, sourcing matrix, flows optimisation.

The role is responsible and accountable of ensuring that supply planning optimisation capabilities are executed

Supply planning optimisation is a key driver to achieve the service level and cost to serve targets in CCEP

What to expect:

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Execute Inventory Optimization for raw materials and finished goods using optimizers and advanced tools
  • Responsible and accountable for generating the Inventory Plan across CCEP considering Raw Materials and Finished Goods, managing the Inventory Planners within the BUs
  • Present and align with Planning BU leads on the inventory targets and plans as well as Working capital goals with the Finance Community.
  • Accountability for the set-up of advanced capabilities such as Control Tower and Advanced Supply optimizers
  • Complex analysis with advanced tools to provide insights through analytics to optimize Supply Planning activities, requiring alignment with BU Planning leads.
  • Run supply segmentation applying parameters to the supply strategies in the system

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for driving continuous improvement in the planning processes and Supply Planning advanced capabilities improving BU’s performance
  • Working with teams across CCEP, but particularly BU’s and the CDSP CoE, to achieve its ambition of becoming a high performing organisation

Skills & Essentials:

  • Degree in Engineering, Maths or Technology (data science capabilities)
  • Fluency in English (other European languages would be advantageous)
  • More than 5 years relevant work experience in analytics
  • More than 5 years experience in data maintenance or reporting
  • More than 5 years experience in Supply Chain, especially in E2E Supply Planning
  • Experience running Planning systems and tools
  • Experience in transformational projects, in particular Integrated Business Planning
  • Experience in FMCG environment
  • International exposure
