The Governance and Systems analyst will be responsible for driving and executing the governance processes within the Center of Expertise (CoE) and the wider Enterprise Reporting Centre (ERC), along with coordinating systems processes, tickets and changes.
The position will suit a highly organised individual capable of building strong relationships, establishing set routines and working as part of a wider team to contribute to the team’s deliverables
1. Raise important system issues with BPT and the CCEP Support.
2. Organize and facilitate meetings, coordinate activities and deliverables between teams, keeping all parties updated.
3. BI reports access management.
4. Handle reporting requests from internal and external stakeholders.
5. Manage and support projects.
6. Oversee the BI Reporting Inventory, update Enterprise Information Model.
7. Newsletter preparation.
8. Maintain an internal MS SharePoint.
9. Maintain and execute Load levelling and KPIs.
10. Build strong relationships with stakeholders in the CoE/ERC and across the other teams as required.

1-3 years’ relevant experience
Degree level education in Business Studies or Information Systems
Functional technical skills required
MS Office Suite Skills
BI/ETL Tools – Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
