We are now looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Data & Insights Reporting Team.
The role provides insightful, accurate and timely reporting and analysis to stakeholders within the Iberia Business Unit.
It is an opportunity to work within a high-performing team focused on providing decision-support to ultimately accelerate business performance for CCEP.
The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and drive efficiency/continuous improvement.
Regular daily/weekly/monthly reporting of volume, financials and KPIs
Prepare and distribute reports in an accurate and timely manner.
Amend existing reports and create new reports through manipulation of data in Excel, and Power BI or using other system
Support Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Closing process
System reconciliations and follow-up
Perform ad hoc reporting & analysis
Provide insights to support business initiatives
Continuously and pro-actively drive process and reporting improvement, standardization and simplification
Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support the execution of reporting activities and help on resolving any reporting and data issues
Share knowledge with other analysts across the DIS to support continuous improvement and development
Commercial Finance, Strategy and Insights, Commercial Development, Field Sales, Key Accounts Management, RGM and teams within the SSC (Master Data, Customer-to-Cash, etc).
1-3 years relevant experience in a multinational organization and/or Shared Services environment
Degree level education in Business Studies, Finance or Information Systems (Ideal, not essential)
Good understanding of financial systems & processes
MS Office Skills, especially SharePoint, PowerPoint & Excel, (including pivot tables, charts etc.)
ERP experience, preferably SAP
English – Advanced
Spanish would be considered a plus
Experience using Power BI (Ideal, but not essential), training will be provided
Contribute to problem identification. Inform management of potential problems in a timely manner
Structure large amounts of data into clear and concise reports. Analyse financial reports
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills, responsibility and accountability
Ability to work independently under pressure and meeting deadlines
Post-qualification degree or studying towards one (ACCA/CIMA) – ideal, but not essential
