Part of the New Product Introduction expertise organization in the CCEP SSC, the Expert NPI Prof is responsible for supporting the Business Analyst Country NPI teams as well as other stakeholders involved in NPI processes. S/he will work in close collaboration with Country NPI teams and Supply Chain stakeholders to develop procedures, tools and data loading tools in the most efficient manner. With his/her team, s/he will be also responsible for collecting, generating and maintaining data based on maintenance rules that the Expert team will manage and adjust accordingly. S/he will support system issue resolution where Material Master Data is involved. S/he will help understand new business requirements impacting existing Master Data standards and assess solutions. S/he will work on continuous improvement initiatives across the SC/NPI department, developing new solutions and supporting/enhancing existing ones. S/he will be responsible for reporting on demand KPI results to relevant stakeholders. S/he will be initiating and/or supporting SC data governance initiatives. S/he will administer the NPI workflow system/s.

Key contributions

Shared Services Set up

•    Support collection and generation of required business data from stakeholders
•    Develop and maintain data creation/maintenance processes in the relevant internal and external systems
•    Validate and monitor pro-actively data accuracy and consistency of data prior to external delivery 
•    Supports all NPI project activities (ex. SAP deployment projects)
•    Governance and setup of all Corporate data setup within the end-to-end data processes for CCEP
•    Resolve and communicate any issues with relevant stakeholders (internal and external)
•    Respond to queries from business within agreed timeframes
•    Support optimisation initiatives to processes and execute action plan in order to improve processes efficiency and effectiveness as well as data quality
•    Manage workflow enabled Lotus d/base (or others) that support all data creation requests

Financial Services Delivery


•    Governance and setup of all Corporate data setup within the end-to-end data processes for CCEP up in an accurate and timely manner
•    Makes productive use of technology tools and systems, including SAP, to ensure effective service delivery and accurate master data management
•    Supports the performance reports to ensure that New Product Introduction processes meet business requirements in an automated and as user-friendly manner 
•    Amend and adjust working instructions, procedures and processes in respect to maintenance rules changes
•    Keep up-to-date NPI documentation according CCEP standards
•    Manage the NPI team site and shared drives library
•    Publish monthly NPI KBI/KPIs
•    Support KBI analysis requests

Relationships

•    Builds strong relationships with SC NPI team members
•    Builds strong relationships with the other CCEP departments and stakeholders – Planning, Deployment, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Production sites, Warehouse teams

Continuous Improvement

•    Provides feedback and support to the New Product Introduction Team Manager in driving end-to-end standard NPI processes across the Coca-Cola European Partners business
•    Support optimisation initiatives to processes and execute action plan in order to improve processes efficiency and effectiveness as well as data quality
•    Identify opportunities for automatization of transactional activities and build respective tool/solution
•    In relation with the country NPI teams, implement an action plan to correct faulty data and eliminate root causes
•    Improve forms and templates utilized for the day-to-day data creation
•    Improve data loading tools (Winshuttle based or others) efficiency and effectiveness


Requirements:

•     University Degree or equivalent preferred

•     Experience of creating, managing and analyzing data via MS Excel or another software. Experience in a multinational organization and/or Shared Services environment is an advantage. 
•    English language skills - fluent
•    Ability to work in an autonomous manner 
•    Ability to multitask
•    Attention to detail/accurate data processing skills
•    Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
