Job Purpose

The Financial Reporting Analyst will be responsible for providing Reporting services within the Shared Services. The position will be tasked with driving and delivering service excellence to the business with an emphasis on customer service and continuous process improvement

Key Responsibilities 

•    On time and accurate delivery of operational reporting activities
•    Assist in the development and preparation of monthly performance metrics
•    Provide standardized reports to enable a comprehensive understanding of the business and support informed data driven decision making for senior management
•    Perform quality control reviews and monitoring
•    Proactively improve the quality of Reporting and Compliance through identification and resolution of issues and continuous improvement of Reporting and Compliance processes
•    Initiate/lead automation projects to improve and develop insightful reports
•    Support ad-hoc requests/projects
•    Ensure proper statement of reserves on balance sheet by preparing monthly and quarterly reserve schedules
•    Manage weekly/monthly forecast process
•    Assure that the appropriate internal control environment and SOX compliance are maintained along with compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements

Internal: SSC Service Lines, BU Finance Teams, Operational Excellence Team
External : External audit teams


Previous work experience in Finance and/or Accounting with focus on reporting and automation
University Degree or equivalent (Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Accounting)
Fluent written and verbal skills (conversational and business communications) in English
Previous work experience in Finance and/or Accounting with focus on reporting and automation, preferable
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, required
ERP experience essential, preferably SAP
Advanced Tableau / Power BI knowledge
Advanced Alteryx knowledge, preferred
