The Shared Services Indirect Customer Master Snr Assistant with German Language skills will be responsible for the processing of all incoming sales volume regarding indirect customers based on customer and material master data as well as ensuring the efficiency, correctness and reliability of the master data processing across CCEP. This role will cover activities related to Gedat (Germany) or Trade Solutions (Norway) or other external/internal sources of volume information used in CCEP in any country
The position will be tasked with processing the volume information received from external sources and ensure alignment with internal data so values can be processed in volume reporting. The task has to ensure an excellent service level and effectiveness expected throughout the process as well as reduce master data-related issues to the minimum.
S/he will work closely with the external and internal stakeholders to highlight challenges regarding timings and priorities. Normal counter partners will be other data teams (e.g. escalations) , Sales, OTC, CoE as well as external sources (such as Gedat or Trade Solutions or others).

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year in Master Data/Order to Cash environment in a multinational organisation and/or Shared Services environment
• Experience of creating, managing and analysing records/data through computerized systems, ideally in multinational organisation and/or Shared Services environment
• English : essential
• German: essential
• Ability to analyse data and provide solutions to issues
• Good knowledge of SAP and other enabling technologies highly desirable
• Good understanding of business processes and able to process this within a diverse IT landscape
