Sr Assistant, Indirect Customer Master with German language skills

The Shared Services Indirect Customer Master Snr Assistant with German Language skills will be responsible for the processing of all incoming sales volume regarding indirect customers based on customer and material master data as well as ensuring the efficiency, correctness and reliability of the master data processing across CCEP. This role will cover activities related to Gedat (Germany) or Trade Solutions (Norway) or other external/internal sources of volume information used in CCEP in any country

The position will be tasked with processing the volume information received from external sources and ensure alignment with internal data so values can be processed in volume reporting. The task has to ensure an excellent service level and effectiveness expected throughout the process as well as reduce master data-related issues to the minimum.

S/he will work closely with the external and internal stakeholders to highlight challenges regarding timings and priorities. Normal counter partners will be other data teams (e.g. escalations) , Sales, OTC, CoE as well as external sources (such as Gedat or Trade Solutions or others). 

Financial Services Delivery

• Processes the incoming indirect sales data in an on-going base in the most efficient way
• Executes mapping of external sales data with internal customer and material master data, processes maintenance on customer master data and ensures delays are highlighted and addressed as required
• Ensures technical connectivity with external sources provides the relevant information and coordinates any technical issue resolution if that is not the case
• Issue resolution regarding inconsistent/incomplete data and raise escalations for late activities with team lead and if needed with relevant business stakeholders.
• Support reporting teams in any data related queries
• Ensure all internal systems are update to process external data
• Work with external sources if any changes of data/format/content needed;

Relationships

• Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Business Units and CoE to drive understanding and support for data related activities
• Builds strong relationships with external partners (wholesalers, Gedat or Trade Solutions, etc) as well with IT teams for upgrades and issue resolution
• Works effectively with the other Customer teams to support quality and escalation activities
• Works proactively with colleagues across the different SSC towers to ensure an integrated approach to service delivery
• Provides support to team members to ensure best performance;

Continuous Improvement

• Identify process improvements to reduce/eliminate data related issues
• Resolve issues to improve the quality of execution of daily  processes through collaboration with all departments that are involved in the process inside and outside their immediate area of responsibility considering master data standards and a high quality level; 

Qualifications: 

•    Minimum of 1 year in  Master Data/Order to Cash environment  in a multinational organisation and/or Shared Services environment
•    Experience of creating, managing and analysing records/data through computerized systems,  ideally in multinational organisation and/or Shared Services environment
•    English : essential 
•    German: essential
•    Ability to analyse data and provide solutions to issues
•    Good knowledge of SAP and other enabling technologies highly desirable 
•    Good understanding of business processes and able to process this within a diverse IT landscape
