And hopefully the end of the programme will be just the beginning of our journey together.

We don’t think one way fits all. Therefore, there will not be a pre-defined path for you when starting. Fundamentally, the programme will start with giving you the best prerequisites to our core business and within the first year you will be driving an own project besides from your everyday work. Your path will clear during the programme depending on your passion and skills.

What you can expect

As a graduate within commercial, you will spend 6-12 months as a sales representative on the field unlocking and developing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for delivering our defined picture of success and maximizing the sales revenue in a geographical territory together with our customers, either within grocery or within service trade including hotels, cafés, restaurants, nightlife and fast serve.

After 6-12 months there will be some different ways to go. You will either work on a commercial project or be consider for a role within sales, marketing, sales operations or business insights.   

At CCEP we believe that you are in charge of you own development. However during this programme we will offer you several opportunities to support you on your journey. You will be assigned a senior mentor who will challenge, coach and push you to achieve your full potential. We put great emphasizes on coaching, which means that as you learn on your job you will be coached by your line manager.

To strengthen your skills you will attend internal training programs focusing on leading yourself and leading others. Even if you will work on our local market we always need to look for new perspectives and as we are part of a global company you will travel to another country to learn how they operate.

During your onboarding we will ensure that you can build your network internally via introductory meetings with various departments and the Swedish leadership team.

Who are we looking for?


Most important is your curious personality. You really want to grasp our business by understanding our customers and strategies. You are happy to go “outside your comfort zone” with a critical mind and an eye for details. Dynamic individuals with a leadership desire, who possess a drive and an ambition to succeed. Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to influence and build professional relationships at all levels are essential.

You also need:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Management, Engineering, Strategy, Economics, Marketing or equivalent 
  • Recently graduated or up to 2 years of full time professional experience
  • Involved in extracurricular activities such as project manager, University boards etcetera.
  • Relevant work experience besides studying
  • Strong customer focus, deep analytical and project management skills
  • Embrace change, drive performance, communicate with impact
  • Driver’s license (for commercial roles)
  • Fluent in Swedish and English

A few days after applying, you will be asked to complete an online test. The second round of selection will involve a digital interview, upon which the successful candidates will be invited to a fun assessment day with us in end of May.

Start of the program is beginning of September 2019.

Location: This is a nationwide programme and therefore your first rotation will be on the field somewhere in our beautiful country. We will do our best to find a good solution based on your current city.

Your second rotation and rest of the programme you will be based at our HQ in Jordbro, Stockholm.
