As a Senior Revenue Growth Manager you will be a part of the Swedish Strategy and Insights team. The team has a broad responsibility and consists of 6 functions; RGM, BI, Route to Market, Change Lead, Strat planning and performance management. Together the team support the general management and the commercial business with analysis and recommendations. The team ensures alignment between the strategic vision, annual plans and commercial priorities to deliver expected business results.

Growing our revenue sustainably of our core brands is critical to our future success. You will be accountable for growing revenue ahead of volumes through constructing Pack, Price and Promotion strategies and plans for the future. Your daily work will consist in identifying growth opportunities, then construct pack, price and promo plans to unlock these. Create customer approaches that facilitates the delivery of these plans. Then ensure that these change programs are delivered through the sales team.

As a Senior Manager we expect you to drive the revenue growth agenda for Sweden. To do this we believe that you have a strong self-drive and initiative taking. You are a strategic doer that is used to work in a setting where you need to create and deliver. You will need strong communication skills, be confident to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. You will demonstrate strong analytical skills, data-driven and strategic thinking. You have the ability to lead small and large projects and find innovative solutions to multiple revenue growth challenges across a number of environments. You have experience in being accountable for an area where you had previous customer experience with exposure to a commercial agenda, emphasis on planning and implementing commercial strategy.
