Senior Manager, Facilities Management GB Lead

What you become part of:

This role extends to support Facilities across the Great Britain (GB) Business Unit (BU) for CCEP.

While directly and indirectly leading a FM team, you will be accountable for the annual Facilities costs for the GB BU, supporting the delivery of more than €15m. 

What to expect:

Support the provision of optimal occupancy for CCEP business unit and supply chain needs at best cost and to aligned standards by:

  • Supporting and delivering the Facilitates Management (FM) strategy to drive value and synergy.
  • Leading the BU planning & delivery of facilities management for all CCEP properties, within the BU, for optimum operating environment through locally (site) based FM teams and service providers
  • Leading the BU budgeting, planning, procurement and tracking of FM services.
  • Facilities Strategy
    • Support the preparation of the CCEP Facilities management strategy , common standards and process across both Business unit properties and supply chain sites, including long term facilities infrastructure and management vision for the BU
    • Functionally execute the FM strategy within the GB BU and ensure site facilities managers are aware of the strategy, have and their role in it’s execution.
  • Planning and Delivering FM in the BU :
    • Support facilities and utilities incident management investigations to ensure there is no risk to products and people and incorporate learnings into future practices . Liaise with and support QESH  so that Health, Safety and Environment risk assessment processes are carried out in accordance with TCCQMS standards to protect product and employees.
    • Support the procurement  process and optimization of the Facilities service delivery at both BU and Supply chain sites through the tender and administration process.  Ensure that Facilities services are delivered at optimized costs and to aligned standards and expectations through the local site FM teams and service providers.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure thorough contract governance processes are in place for FM service provision.
    • Through the site FM teams ensure diligent and thorough contract management processes are employed to effectively manage contracted FM services.
    • Lead the BU  FM escalation process in order to maintain, or rectify any failures in, FM service provision
    • Through the site FM teams and the contract providers  proactively seek cost saving & energy & water savings opportunities with in the area of hard and soft FM
    • Establish roles and responsibilities, competencies and undertake training needs analysis for all key site FM roles, supporting career development & skill development of the FM team.
  • Budgeting, planning, procurement and tracking of FM services :
    • Through the site FM and finance teams ensure clear visibility of FM budgets on all CCEP sites in the BU
    • Ensure accurate FM budget setting, tracking and delivery in the BU

Skills & Essentials:

  • Degree in engineering, building/ science and / or contract management
  • Typically a highly experienced manager with specific technical skills in Soft Drinks facilities management, manufacturing, warehousing infrastructure and general operations facilities and services.
  • Adept at scoping, conceptualising and costing infrastructure projects. 
  • Experienced in contributing to strategy development, within a BU, group or function. 
  • Prior analysis of complex issues and able to change working methods in customer work area.
  • Has the ability to influence internal and external business leaders and facilities management providers.
  • Can functionally lead a virtual team of engineering specialists and facilities managers
  • Have operated across a single BU as a leader within a specific technical area
