In this role you will be leading a team of 2, managing all time/attendance as well as occupational health related activities to ensure all employees are paid correctly and on time. If you enjoy streamlining processes and problem solving with your analytical mindset then read on;

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the relationship with the relevant service providers to ensure processes and information are accurate and fit for purpose
  2. Manage all absence record types and all associated activity in line with monthly timelines
  3. Resolve all time/attendance requests in a timely manner, providing an excellent customer service to employees and managers
  4. Effectively work across the people services team to ensure payroll activities align to meet deadlines
  5. Actively explore opportunities to improve our current time/attendance processes and promoting ideas to the country lead
  6. Support the wider People Services team with complex queries
  7. Carry out audit checks on monthly basis and SOX Control
  8. Develop and coach their team to ensure they maximise their individual and team performance.
  9. Coordinating and managing projects
  10. Pro-actively engage the team to create and update knowledge management database

Experience preferred

  • Time knowledge and processing
  • People management
  • Experience of external payroll systems
  • SAP/ADP/Success Factors/Kronos knowledge preferred
