Mid Term Planning Co-packing

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Mid Term Planning Co-packing Lead from any location in Europe this is a great opportunity for a high performing planning professional to join our business. The Planning Professional is responsible to manage the end-to-end supply planning of co-packing activities. This includes both short & mid-term planning building a 13 week bucket plan, 18 months rough cut capacity plans and the inventory management of finished goods, materials and ingredients stock level within SAP to ensure the accuracy of data.

What to expect:

  • Plan production on an 18M horizon to achieve service and cost targets, for a range of external manufacturers.
  • Communicate and review these production requirements with external 3rd parties manufacturing sites.
  • Manage stock level within SAP and ensure the accuracy of the data
  • Manage relationships with copackers to enable mutual trust and the prioritization of our products.
  • Accountable for co-packing finished goods, materials and ingredients inventory accuracy within SAP, managing the right stock levels to ensure the accuracy of the data.
  • Collaborate with BU Short Term Planning teams, Deployment, Mid Term Planning, Strategy Planning, Procurement and other key stakeholders within the business ensure high level of product availability across the co-packing portfolio to maintain inventory levels to meet customers service targets.
  • Responsible for the central co-packing performance indicators; cost, service, residuals, production plan adherence and capacity planning fulfilment visibility.
  • Monitor and feedback the performance of the suppliers and continue improvement of our Copack process.
  • Pro-actively provide visibility to the business on risks and opportunities; eg. respond on sales variances, advise on shelf life management, challenge commercial teams on sales forecast or operating practices where required, etc

Skills & Essentials:


  • Fluent English required
  • Proficiency in other European languages advantageous
