What you become part of:
Support the Payroll Manager with the management of all payroll and rewards related activities to ensure all employees are paid correctly and on time.
What to expect:
- Process multiple payrolls and all associated activity in line with monthly timelines
- Resolve all payroll and rewards requests providing an excellent customer service to employees and managers
- Effectively work across the people services team to ensure payroll activities align to meet deadlines
- Work effectively with the payroll vendor (ADP) to ensure processes and information are accurate and fit for purpose
- Explore opportunities to improve our current processes and share with the payroll provider and the Payroll Manager
- Support the Rewards administrators with complex payroll queries
- Deputise for the Payroll Manager as and when required
- Carry out audit checks on monthly payroll activities
