Senior IT Business Partner

GB is one of 6 business units across CCEP, with up to 30+ technology projects (20k – 6M Euro) each year being requested / implemented.

What does the Senior IT BP do:

You will be the face of IT to the local Customer Service & Supply Chain functions within GB. Together with the small team of business partners you will play your role in driving value through the planning and implementation of the IT strategy. You will work together with the Customer Service & Supply Chain teams and the central IT functions in order to facilitate the delivery of IT Services, guide the implementation of ~10 projects per year, and provide advice on new technologies and digitisation opportunities. You should bring resilience and determination to be able to challenge existing business practices and drive positive change through technology to become the accepted and valued partner to your stakeholders.     


  • Define the roadmap for allocated areas of Customer Service & Supply Chain
  • Consult and advise on IT related services, capabilities and innovations
  • Take leadership and be accountable for the value delivery of IT services into GB Supply Chain
  • Collaborate with central functions across IT such as SBS, Solution Delivery, Service Delivery
  • Learn from and collaborate with other Business Units and share best practices to leverage synergies
  • Be able to prepare business analysis and take decisions on business cases together with the CS&SC team
  • Mediating business stakeholders through competing priorities and ensuring alignment
  • Help drive continuous improvement through technology solutions
  • Champion existing solutions to drive maximum value from them

It would be preferable to have experience in some of the following:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • An understanding of Customer Service & Supply Chain business processes
  • Collaboration across multiple stakeholder’s
  • Planning and Managing projects (technology projects a bonus)
  • Understanding of a project lifecycle
  • Influencing and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of IT trends, as well as technologies used in Supply Chain today (e.g. SAP)
