Senior Manufacturing Project Development Manager (Home-Based)

Permanent

What to expect:

The main purpose of this role is to drive, manage and develop the key improvement initiatives across GB Manufacturing to improve sustainability and performance measures. You will report into the Associate Director of Manufacturing Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop line bottleneck identification, improvement and elimination approach across all GB Manufacturing sites to unlock additional capacity through targeted capex/opex decisions
  • Co-ordinate the GB manufacturing initiatives identified in conjunction with Transition Hero (our company appointed consultant partner for the identification of carbon reduction initiatives) and Central QESH to have a consolidated tracking of the key improvements planned and in progress
  • Lead the GB manufacturing small Capex project tracking with the site teams to ensure an active pipeline is maintained and live projects are delivered to time
  • Support arrangement of supplier agreements for small capex projects through guidance on tenders, negotiating contracts and monitoring their performance
  • Compliance to legislation standards within projects to ensure they comply with CCEP project management system and the latest legislation
  • You will collaborate with site leaders and technical staff. Stakeholder Management

Experience preferred

  • FMCG, large business including health & safety, environmental and food factory quality standards
  • Proven implementation of programmes at scale, preferably across multiple locations, operational experience in industrial/technical environment, leadership and people development, practical implementation of continuous improvement. 
  • Track record of delivering projects on time and to budget
  • Proven implementation of programmes at scale, preferably across multiple locations

Qualifications required

Preferred degree in Engineering or Science
