Join Us as a Sustainability Advisor – Part Time (24 hours)

Your Impact 

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join our Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability team, where you'll play a key role in developing and executing our sustainability strategy and programs. Reporting into the Senior Sustainability Manager and the PACS team, you'll contribute to projects that drive meaningful change within our organization and communities. 

At CCEP, you'll become part of a dynamic global network of sustainability professionals, offering abundant opportunities for learning and professional growth in this field. 

Responsibilities 

  • Monitor and track projects within our "This is Forward" sustainability program. 

  • Manage operating routines and deliver monthly sustainability project updates, supporting quarterly business reports. 

  • Support climate reporting and compliance requirements. 

  • Track and report progress on carbon emission reductions, sugar reduction initiatives, and community projects. 

  • Maintain and update our sales toolkit with accurate sustainability materials. 

  • Coordinate sales workshops and internal updates to champion sustainable practices across our business. 

  • Lead specific sustainability projects to ensure they're delivered on time and with impact. 


Hours of work: part-time, working 24 hours a week (with a preference for 5 days) 


About You 

We're looking for someone who embodies passion and purpose, with the ability to influence, build relationships, and a strong passion for sustainability—key enablers for progression in a sustainability role. 

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role, with a strong grasp of sustainability concepts. 

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills. 

  • Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities. 

  • Committed to continuous learning and development. 

  • Proficient in business writing, PowerPoint presentations, and other internal content creation. 

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in sustainability-related fields preferred.
