Job Purpose
The role involves verbal and written contact with all CCEP external and internal customers within data management framework like customer onboarding, master data quality management, re-reported volume data management and other service-related customer matters for both new and existing customers.

Responsible for executing tasks with high quality in a timely manner according to defined SLAs. Act with ownership and accountability in deep collaboration with In-country BP and local teams. 

Key Responsibilities (max 10)
Ensure high quality by continuous communication and escalation to solve identified issues.

Data Management
•    Create new customer profiles and manage changes and corrections on existing customers
•    Create new and manage changes and corrections in master data customer hierarchies
•    Manage master data alignment in different systems and perform housekeeping activities
•    Data mapping of external customer master data
•    Perform data validation and data quality routines, participate to recurring meetings with In-Country roles to guarantee data quality and process governance and support master data initiatives
•    Directly manage incoming cases by phone and e-mail from sales reps and customers

Re-reported data
•    System uploads and validations of re reported data files from customers and wholesalers
•    Continuously validate quality in customer and wholesaler data

Equipment audit process
•    Manage Equipment audits in the different scenarios

·    Commercial departments eg Field Sales, KAM, In-Country Commercial Operations, S&I, Finance
·    Data and Insights Team 
·    Business, Process and Technology (BPT)
·    Customer Master Data

External:
·    Customers
·    3rd Party Data Providers (Catman Solutions)

Experience required 
•    Experience of providing service both by phone and email and have good experience of customer service and administration
•    Data analysis and data handling

Qualifications required
•    Basic database handling, experience of reconciling and analysing large data files 
•    Good computer and telephone skills, service-minded, good customer service skills

Function and technical skill required
•    Excel, Alteryx, Access or similar database systems
•    Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI & Analytics Tools
•    Stakeholder Management & coordination
•    Problem Solving & Decision making
•    Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support the execution of reporting activities

•    Can adapt communication based on situation and task both internally and towards the customer
•    Analytical, thorough and structured with an interest of details

Language Capability & expert level
English – fluent
