Your Impact

As a Sales Manager, based in Whangarei, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the sales strategy in our “On the Go” channel and your actions will directly impact the team’s future success.

This role will help develop the Territory Sales Managers in your team, with a major focus on identifying new business targets, including targeting a list of competitive accounts. There is so much to learn and so much to contribute including…

  • Driving revenue and efficiency across sales
  • Presenting analysis to assist critical decision making
  • Managing a team of Territory Sales Managers
  • Maintenance of your team’s annual review plans

About You

Your evident capability to lead a team to increase profitability via the channel’s strategic business plan, will put you in good stead to succeed in this role.

  • 3 years relevant experience as a TSM/Senior TSM role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven leadership experience including coaching and developing
  • Action management
  • FMCG experience
  • Adherence to team budget requirements
