Are you passionate about driving learning, change, and adoption at scale? We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Global Training and Adoption Lead to shape and deliver the training experience for one of our most transformative programmes—Profectus. This role is central to ensuring our people are equipped, confident, and ready to embrace new systems and ways of working.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Global Training and Adoption Lead, you’ll lead the Training and Adoption workstream across the Profectus programme, working closely with internal change leads and external partners. Your focus will be on designing and delivering a global training strategy that supports successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA, Customer Investment Management (CIM), and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Governance

  • Define and evolve the global training strategy across the Profectus lifecycle
  • Onboard and support country training teams to align with the global approach
  • Collaborate with system integrators to ensure training deliverables are practical, timely, and business-ready
  • Integrate training plans into broader change management strategies

Training Content and Tools

  • Develop and maintain global training templates and localisation plans
  • Design blended learning journeys tailored to user personas
  • Select and manage learning tools, including SAP Enable Now
  • Ensure training environments and access are set up for success

Change Management and Adoption

  • Partner with the change team to drive adoption strategies
  • Monitor user readiness and address concerns or resistance
  • Act as a Centre of Excellence for training across the programme

You’ll also lead and support a direct report, the Training Solutions Manager, and work closely with country-level training leads to ensure consistency and localisation of training materials.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with practical delivery skills, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll need:

  • Proficiency in English and strong communication skills
  • Experience in change management and learning & development
  • A background in training delivery, instructional design, and content development
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and SAP Enable Now
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving needs
  • Experience working in large-scale transformation programmes and matrix organisations
