Where we operate
We have an unrivalled distribution network across all four of our major regional centres so that every wantok around the country can continue to enjoy their favourite beverage.
Headquartered in Lae, Morobe Province, we operate two production facilities and four main warehouse facilities across Papua New Guinea.
We distribute to all 21 provinces in PNG, the Autonomous Region of Bougainville and Solomon Islands and service approximately 6,400 customers across PNG including Solomon Islands.

Our Apprenticeship Program
Our Apprenticeship Program is a combined paid on-the-job training with classroom instruction to prepare young talented workers for highly-skilled careers. Workers benefit from apprenticeships by receiving a skills-based education that prepares them for good-paying jobs.
Apprenticeship programs help employers recruit, build, and retain a highly-skilled workforce. We are currently up skilling our Apprentices to the Tradesman level and to meet international standard.
We are also preparing our Apprentices to contest for the Apprentices of the Year Award organize by the National Apprentice Trade Testing Board of PNG annually.
Our Graduate Development Programme
Our Graduate Development Programme is designed to provide a structured series of rotations across your chosen business area, with the potential to rotate into Supply Chain, Sales and Corporate. As part of the programme you will have the opportunity to carry out three 8 month rotations for different roles in PNG. Our best graduate employees are retained to fill supervisory level vacancies.
Our Internship Program
Our Internship Program provides opportunities for young graduates in Technical Colleges and the Universities to have work experience with CCEP during the Semester Breaks (Holidays). We offer functional internships to undergraduates with pay within our business and recruit during semester 1 and 2 breaks. Interns have an opportunity to join our graduate program provided you demonstrate the right behaviours during training.
The 6 weeks program allows for Interns to learn new skills through real work. Successful Interns from our target universities have the opportunity to be part of our Graduate Development Program, while Interns from Technical Colleges can be part of our Talent Pool for Operators or have the opportunity to be part of our Apprentice program.
